1. Overview of the Service

Our platform enables users to purchase Poppo Coins through mobile payments via M-Pesa. No account signup is required. Only a mobile number is needed to initiate payment.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• - Be a resident of Kenya or have access to M-Pesa services.
• - Be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in activities like reverse engineering, abuse of the STK prompt process, or using automation to interfere with normal operations.

5. Payment and Recharge

All Poppo Coin transactions are processed via M-Pesa. Once payment is successful, your Poppo account is credited. Refunds are not available once coins are delivered.

6. Data Collection and Use

What we collect: Mobile phone number — used temporarily to initiate payment via STK push.

What we do not collect: No names, emails, passwords, or location data are stored.

Use of data: Only for initiating M-Pesa payments and verifying transaction success or failure.

Retention: Phone numbers are not stored long-term and are discarded shortly after transaction completion.

7. Third-Party Services

We integrate Safaricom’s Daraja API to handle M-Pesa payments. We are not responsible for how Safaricom handles your data. Please refer to their policies for details.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to keep your information secure. However, we cannot guarantee the security of data handled by M-Pesa or its API provider.

9. User Responsibilities

You must ensure the accuracy of the phone number you provide. Incorrect numbers may result in failed transactions or coins delivered to the wrong account.

10. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates without prior notice.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this document periodically. Continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of any revised terms.
